I knew this would happen....
The Carter III drops today and it's already getting bad reviews:
Now with the release of "Tha Carter III," Wayne attempts live up to his own hype, but falls short. The disc is a frustratingly uneven effort that's filled safe songs aimed at commercial radio and a few quirky cuts that feature Wayne's bizarre sense of humor
and inflated opinion of his rap skills. The best of the latter is "A Milli," a bizarre, breathless rundown of Wayne's self-worth.
It's a cold muthafuckin' world. But on the real, I heard The Carter III last week and was extremely disappointed. It sounded like a drunk nigga was rapping on it. But will it sale? I'll be keeping tabs. I am encouraging people to copy it instead of spending money on it.
