Shawty Lo can't afford lotion
I mean that's the only explanation to why his elbow looks the way it does. He had to choose between that heavenly bottle of Jergens or his fare into the club. They don't let 'regla' people in for free, and he knew better. I wonder how ashy his other elbow is. I'll be thinking about it all day.
